Papi broke the team record:

ORTIZ BREAKS HR RECORD: Red Sox slugger David Ortiz has hit his 51st home run of the season, breaking the team record set by Jimmie Foxx in 1938. Big Papi's solo shot came in the bottom of the first inning at Fenway Park in tonight's game against the Minnesota Twins, the team that failed to recognize Ortiz's greatness. Twins' supposed ace, Johan Santana, served up the meatball.

Is there any doubt that the turd from Dirt Dogs wrote that passage? "Supposed ace"? Loser. Anyway, that record was around for 70 years. Damn. Huge ovation for the big man....the legend continues.
